Casual Play listing checks we run
When we reopen a Google Play header for the tally, we follow three steps every time.
This note is the checklist behind the 22 October 2026 pass for our Casual Play shortlist. We write as a small desk so anyone can repeat the marks.
-
Step 1 — Open the package URL
Use the exact store link from the ranking card. Confirm developer name and package id match what we already printed. Screenshot or jot the header fields the same day — ratings drift, and we date the copy.
-
Step 2 — Separate present from absent
Write present fields into the fact line. For absences that matter (missing downloads, no size), add a plain sentence. Silence looks like we forgot; a sentence looks like we checked.
-
Step 3 — Refresh the review and archive
If stars or monetisation notes moved, update the review body and the home card together. Add a line to the check archive. Keep the Casual Play best-for tag unless the loop itself changed.
What to expect next
The next archive entry will carry a new date. Until then, treat every figure as tied to 22 October 2026. Related: shortlist length and the editorial policy.
