Editorial policy for Casual Play checks

How we gather facts, when we re-check, and how corrections land on the tally.

Sources

We only use public Google Play listing fields. Size, OS, and version are omitted when the header we capture does not show them. Download bands appear only when published.

Re-checks

We aim to reopen every ranked listing when the desk updates the home tally. The check archive records the date. Between checks, figures may drift on the store.

Voice and independence

We write as a small desk (“we”). We are not paid placement for any title on the shortlist, and we are not affiliated with the developers or Google.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong relative to the listing on the stated check date, email [email protected]. We fix the page and note the change in the check archive when material.
